Reservations at Hilton Grand Vacations affiliated resorts are determined by VIP point values that take into consideration the resort location, the season the vacation time falls within, the size of the accommodations and the duration of the stay. Please be aware that there is a three-night minimum stay required at participating resorts in Orlando, Las Vegas, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., and Hawaii and a maximum of seven nights are permitted per VIP membership. New York reservations may be one five-night stay or two separate reservations of three nights and two nights with a total of five nights completing the VIP membership. A second reservation based on VIP points availability can only be confirmed after the first reservation is completed. A reservation check-in date must occur prior to the expiration of the 18-month program. Extensions are not available with VIP membership. All VIP usage is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on your VIP Purchase Agreement. All reservation requests are based on availability.

If the purchase price of the VIP membership is paid in installments, purchaser agrees to make all required monthly payments when due, and payment in full is required 30 days prior to the first reservation check-in date. Reservations will be canceled or postponed to a future date if the VIP membership is not paid in full 30 days prior to check-in. If the VIP membership is paid in full at the time of purchase, travel may begin after the account is established, which may take approximately 21 days.

VIP Members must present a copy of the reservation confirmation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card when checking into their resort or hotel.

Cancellation of a reservation 30 to 15 days prior to check-in date will result in forfeiture of 25% of the applied VIP points. Cancellation of a reservation 14 to 6 days prior to check-in date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the applied VIP points, and cancellations occurring 5 or fewer days prior to check-in will result in 100% forfeiture of applied VIP points. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to check-in will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

This program is not transferable and may not be assigned by purchaser to any third party. Membership is nonrefundable and no credit shall be given if purchaser does not utilize accommodations within the 18-month term or in the event a purchaser converts to full vacation ownership interest and thereafter rescinds such purchase.
